Refund for cancellation

Hey I am Tameka Henry ,I booked a room at Days inn in Arlington the address is 2626 E Randol Mill Rd, Arlington, TX 76011, I booked a room through Wyndhams by days inn ,on 6-17-2021/6-18-2021,I proceeded to check inn however the clerk informed me of the 40 dollars deposit that wasn’t on the app and my money was already taken in the amount of $47.07 from my bank account ,I don’t have the confirmation number because it wasn’t sent to my email but Since the payment was taken I’m pretty sure that you can check in your records by my name to find it ,or I can email you proof I have the cancellation number from the clerk a letter was emailed and i have my bank statement where the payment was taken from me and he said it will be no charge due to circumstances
