Deactivation of hungama service

In the last week of January 2016 ur rep.call on landline no.01812230958 and activate hungama service. We have not used this service but we have been receiving bill for the same. The service under reference may be deactivated under intimation to me on my mob.no.9592991011.  The landline connection is in the name of sunita sharma.
