some of my family members in train no. 2780/goa express for kopargaon on 17.9.07 and they faced so much problem about insenity in train. there were lots of cockroach in their compartment and very one was very upset with this type of problem.the toilets of train were also uclean.they faced such a miserable jouurney first time.so, i request you to see this problem seriously and serve the needy as soon as possible,if you want your indian railways to gain profits.

    I booked ticket for my relatives with  PNR 824-3066312;  two out of four
    passengers seats are confirmed. As per the ticket instructions, partial
    waitlisted passengers can board (thus, I did not cancel the ticket for
    other two passengers). However, the railway staff in train forced them to
    pay ticket charges (more than Rs.3600) for two out of four passengers 3 & 4
    (the receipt has number: H942038). The original ticket for passengers 3 &
    4 was not cancelled. Thus I would like to know hwy the amount was charges.
    Moreover, I would laso like to file TDR for passengers 3 & 4. Please also
    tell me where I can file a complain

    When ever i go to mahim station there is a person nameby angad who works out of 8 hrs only 4 hrs most of the time his window is closed his comments r printer not working computer problem, going for tea,[***],etc and closes his counter off and on.pl take some steps against him.

    VERY BAD SERVICE IN INDAIN RAILWAYS.BECAUSE FLATFORM NO.1 STATION FOR DADAR TICKET COUNTER 1 ARE AVAILABLE IN MAILS TRAIN.BUT TICKET MASTER IN OUT OF 70 AGES . AND WORK FOR VERY LAZY AND 1 PERSON WASTEGES 20 MINUTES .
    VERY SLOWLY WORK DONE.
    I THINK MORES MORE MONEYS PROFITS IN INDIAN RAILWAY . BUT NOT GOOD SERVICE.
