This company claims it is based out of Utah, that it tells would-be customers in its fine print that you will be billed $89.31 if you don't call them within a certain period to cancel your order, and that they are not obligated to refund you the money they've stolen from you under these deceptive practices. This is a lesson to me to never, never, NEVER order over the Internet from an operation like this one.

Just Google "<company name> scam", or "<company name> fraud".
Most on-line "health supplement", "weight loss", or "male improvement" products are fraudulent. If it actually had a medical effect, it would probably be unsafe.
It shouldn't be a surprise that not only are the "products" sold deceptively, but the billing practices are fraudulent as well.
Immediately contact your bank to dispute the fraudulent charges and close the account to prevent future fraudulent charges.
