Same problem with the one I bought in May. It was the Avalon, Four Seasons model in queen size. It stated sagging after a 1 mth.Its got to the point now that you have to lay on the very edge of the bed to keep from rolling to the center.  Was told when I bought it that it was the best one I could buy. Going to try to get it replaced also but with the way the warranty game is played who knows. I have not read any thing positive about consumers dealing with matterest companys.

I too have a stinkin Spring Aire mattress, Elan model, and I am in constant discomfort all night and I attribute it to the lack of support and the sagging where I lay. I can find sturdiness in the center and also on the edge wher I sometimes lay, but I find myself hanging on for dear life so I can have an element of support for my aching back. Not good Spring Aire. You give the Mattress business a bad taste in my mouth. I am afraid to go shop because I don't believe a word the SALESMAN have to day. Last one told me that it was normal for mattresses to sag, and the best way to even it out was to walk around the edges a few times a week the first 6 months I owned it. What a farce. Never saw that in the instruction manual!!! I hate having to guard myself from salesmen let alone deceptive uncaring companies that make poor products and reap the monetary benifit on yea ole consumer. Sounds like they don't give a care either from all the reviews. If I could shove this mattress back in their warehouse I would, but hopefully someone will read this review and avoid the agony of deback.

We also were sucked in to buying a Spring Air Mattress in 2008 and it has been sagging for about 2 yrs now.  Too much money to throw out the window and can't get any help from the manufacturer or seller of the product.  3 yrs later we're getting a new mattress and it won't be a Spring Air, ever again.

Spring Air mattress dealer "Furnishing Gallery" at Bangalore dealer delivers mattress on two wheeler, Can you believe it?

My Painful Experience: and mail below I wrote to Spring Air but yet to get a response.

I am owner but not proud owner of Spring Air Mattresses and I want to
convey you that as a customer my experience has been terrible after
purchasing Rs.48K (i.e. our hard earned money.) worth mattresses.

I had asked for the upgrade for one of my mattresses and I had requested in the company. All extra charges for delivery was borne by me and the same was delivered today.

But while taking back the mattress in return he said I am taking back on a two wheeler then I got a doubt and I checked with my apartment security and then they told me that he brought it the same way. And he came to deliver by 9 PM so that no body catches him.*

I got the mattress with packing open. And when I tried to know the truth,
from the dealer he started shouting and abusing me and start
    giving all the lame excuses.

And now the same way he is going to return the mattress to the company. and ultimately the same mattress will be passed to some other customer.

Believe me I have lost all the trust on this brand and the kind of people
are attached to it. I can never encourage any body for this mattress, on
the contrary I need to make people aware of it.

But if company still values the hard earned money of people, they need to
have much higher standards, and deal with much more reasonable people.

In the end pathetic customer experience. And I want to warn customers that don't get attracted by these US brands.

Same here with sagging issue.  I had a Sring air 20 yrs ago it did fine.  Moved and got a good deal on a king set sagged in a few months, they replaced it like a dummy I upgraded and this one is now sagging. What a piece of junk do not buy a spring air period...
