non woking of the washing machine

I have purchased a verve model of the semiauto washing machine of WHIRLPOOL> It diid not work right from the day 1, it stops opertaing after every fifteen minutes of its start  and theb restarts aafter 10 minutes.We have lodged the complaint many times to the local service centre and the engineer visited many times but of no use.please replace it with new machine.
