    Probably Jamaican "Lottery" scammer..
    They like to prey on women and the elderly with a mixture of lies, harassment, and intimidation.

    Yes, it's a Jamaican scammer; the caller ID read "JM Kingston."  (JM=Jamaica, and Kingston is the capital)
