My daughter, a college freshman, has been charge on a bi-weekly basis with $16.99 and $8.00 for now reason. I am the only one who sees the bank statement, and as ignorant and stupid as I feel I never questioned the charges, thinking they were for some kind of FITNESS classess...finally when she came for summer break I asked her and she said she never joined this company!!!

Called them and no answer...

    You are dealing with a "membership" cramming scam.

    File fraud disputes through the bank, and block the card number or close the account to prevent additional fraud.  The bank can generally go back about 2 months to refund disputed charges.

    To get the rest back, file a police fraud and theft complaint, and contact your state Attorney General.

    In addition, contact the office of Sen. Jay Rockefeller.
