Harassing calls, ignoring request to be removed from calling list

BR interview has been calling me constantly for a week, multiple times a day, usually during the evenings.  They don't leave a message on machine.  Finally picked up.  They asked for someone who does not live her.  I asked them to not call again and to remove my number from their call list.  Two minutes later they called back, this time asking for a new name which also did not live here.
