Randomly sending out bill and worst customer service

I had Rogers for several years, every couple months i have to called them to ask why my monthly bill were different again (40-50 different). Normally it was 50+ monthly, and they been charging me 110+ a month for 8 -9months. I dint call them to cancel it because i think its just 60 bucks different, so i don't want to wait for 1 hour to cancel it , so i just ignore it. And basically couple month ago, they charge me with 150+, Which make me decided that this company is a T*ash. So i had decided to call back and cancel it, they transferring me from department to department, which takes about 1-2hours and we finally make an agreement said that my monthly usage will be 300 G, i normally only use 100 and they will just charge me 50+ a month. And this last for about couple months, they now charge me another 90+ for these two months, i did called back and many of the representative cant find out why they are charging me 90+, i had speak to one of the lady in the billing department, first she ask me for a driver license and i was like why they need my driver license for internet, and then she was like "NVM, can you just provide me the postal code" , and it take her 20mins to find out why they charge me higher again!. She said the reason is because" your promotion was over"??? F**K this, no one have mention to me about this is a promotion or something!. And now im still in the line for 80minutes, all i want is to cancel it, that's all ! how hard is it?>??? Ive been with Rogers for 10years, and i believed it is definitely a wrong decision!!. i had TekSavvy with me too, they provide a lot better price and service!.
