I have to say out of all the repair stores within a 40 mile radius of Brighton, this is the WORST one I've been to. 333 W grand river in Brighton MI. I have documented about a dozen times this year hat I have gone in to get my phone looked at or repaired where they tell me it'll take 2 hours and there are 5 phones ahead of me! It didn't matter what day of the week or time, the excuse was always the same. Not to mention if you're having issues with your phone, no matter how well you explain them, they will do NOTHING unless they see your phone malfunctioning. I took mine up there a few times to have the speaker looked at because it was intermittently not working, but because it wasn't messing up when i went in there, there was nothing they could do about it. That's not the case when you go to a corporate store. I have had a few instances where the problem I was having was intermittent and they said they couldn't do anything. I own a business so I cant go 2+ hours without my phone. every job I don't get because I don't have my phone is worth more than they make in a week, but they don't give a [***] about their customers because they are a 3rd party store probably owned by a foreigner. this is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous and I will continue writing my bad experiences on here and anywhere else I can report it to, until something is done to fix this problem. I have lived in Brighton for 30 years and have been with sprint for the last 13. There is NO reason I should have to constantly take my phone out of my city to get it fixed and get some real customer service.
