Calls

They are relentless.  They call and call and call.  When I asked them to stop calling, they said, I'm sorry, we can't do that.  They drive you CRAZY.  Recently, I had a family member with an emergency medical condition and had to be certain to answer my phone.  Who calls?  Rachael from Cardholder Services.  We need some help PLEASE!!!!!
