I ordered some proactive in July and since then proactive and this grc vitamins crap has been showing up monthly on my debit transactions. I thought the additional charge for the proactive was after the trial use was over and they sent a full amount to use, but I noticed the next month, there was ANOTHER charge to proactive AND grc vitamins... then ANOTHER! So I finally looked up what grc vitamins was and found this website and immediately I see the word SCAM! Lesson DEFINITELY learned.

    I got this too!  I ordered proactive for a time, then canceled it.  Now the GRC vitamins are deducted from my account each month and we dont even receive the vitamin!

    I never made a purchase from grc but money was taken frommy account today. Should the attorney general be aware?. It seems to be a pretty wide spread problem.

    Proactiv as a company is a total scam!!! I will never order from them again and i will tell everyone I know to never order from them as well

    Same happened with me, Proactiv & GRC are complete scams, I filed a complaint with BBB (Better Business Bureau) and they got me a full refund back.  I suggest everyone does the same. Hopefully we can put these 2 companies out of business!!!

    My daughter signed up for the WEN hair care products and they sent her a supply of the GRC vitamins.  She cancelled both.  However, the GRC has taken over $100 out of her account even though she called them 3 times to cancel.  I guess the next step is a letter to the BBB or our state Attorney General.  Funny thing is the GRC only has a p.o.box address on their letterhead -- no street address!   They guy who developed the WEN products is some hairstylist to the stars and sells these products on the home shopping channels.  Is he in on all this, I wonder.

    same here i cancellde my grc vitamins acount but they keep on billing me every other month, i think i just have to close down that account

    It happened to me too, but if u call your banking company they can refund the charges and stop future transactions and deductions with this company. Thats what i did. You guys should definitely do it as well

    I too have had this problem.  I called the number over and over. I let the "music" play for over 20 minutes.  I finally got thru after about 20 attempts.  What a joke.  The person was pleasant enough but would not stop talking and listen to me.  She finally told me it was canceled.  I do not have great faith that it is.   Everyone please beware of "free gift with purchase".  It is all a scam.
