From other complaints, they appear to be a payment processor used by other merchants for running through charges against consumer accounts. Other complaints also report unauthorized charges in connection wth scammy merchants.
Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank shut down your account or block your card number to prevent further fraud and theft. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
