Withdrawing mone two times in a row without authorization. Never order anything this way.

I changed my debit card but they still got through  and got 39.90 plus 1.00 2 months in a row nov 23 and dec 24th.  I am filing a claim against them. I want my money back. I never heard of this company. They need to be shut down
