Denial of warranty

I took my 2006 jeep grand cherokee that i purchased on may 22 2013 to a jeep dealer to have it repaired for a number 4 cylinder misfire. After examination it was found that the cylinder was not holding compression, the valve guides were worn and also scored. The warranty company gave authorization for the replacement of valves but after further examination the dealership requested head replacement to do job properly and according to manufacturer recommendation. The warranty company then denied both replacement of head and then replacement of valves. This is the second time the number 4 cylinder had a misfire and the warranty company has refused to do any of the work on my vehicle. I have all documentation video of the valve leaking and pictures as well. I was told in order to finance this vehicle i needed this warranty. This company is scamming people and taking advantage of people. Clearly states engine work on my warranty is covered. What do i do?
