Unprofessional non cooperative staff

I have tried many times to book a flight from Lahore to Sydney and sent a barrage of emails to the Karachi and Lahore offices for which they have responded very occasionally.
Karachi office quoted me a fare to book the flight and when I ask them to book my flight then they told me that they can only issue an e-ticket and for a manual ticket I have to contact Lahore office. I told the KHI office that I will accept an e-ticket but they again refused and told me to contact LHR office.
On contacting LHR office, as usual they never respond they always take their time. When qfcounterlhr responded he insisted me to take flight from KHI instead from LHR. I asked him to book a flight on the 26th of June for which he replied that there is no flight available on 12th of June.
I told him again that I never asked a booking on 12th of June but on 26th of June for which I received no response for three days. Not sure what to do.
