Unauthorized Charge on my bank card

I did use this protection in the past, but I don't even have the computer that this company charged me for this past week on my bank statement. It said on my bank notice that they tried to get the money out of my account, but were unsuccessful. Well today I look at my account, and they did manage to charge me for something I am no longer using. I want my account credited. I have contacted my bank for help also, and I have tried unsuccessfully to contact DRI* Trend.

They cannot just keep with drawing out of people accounts and credit or dedit cards.
