Just after I received my order, the KFC Lady took here time to explain how the customer survey works and politely asked me to visit KFC Customer survey site written on the receipt only to find that there is no such a thing. What a waste of my time and money trying to search for that site on the internet. Why did they even bother to tell me about such site and survey if its inexistent?
