Scam

I was in need of online support so I called Dell Computers as I have a Dell laptop.  They redirected me to Guruaid in India.  They did nothing to optimize my computer. At first I bought a one year contract.  After each session they were relentless in signing on for a second year until I ended up with a three year contract.  I notice more problems and infections on my system after their servicing.  They said they could service my Android and all they did was have me download an app from play store and charged me $120.  Now they tell me they do not support Android.  I am going to request my contract be cancelled and reimbursed for the remaining time. My security system ESET blocks their address saying their  website contains malicious content.
