    I had raised the concern of excess bill under usage charges to the helpdesk #, however I got a response that this concern needs to be raised to this team, hence this email.

    Brief summary of the issue:
    Ø I was offered for the free internet subscription for a month, which I had agreed after several deliberations with the sales guy. (this can be referred to the bill # 0048808567)
    Ø This free internet subscription was cancelled by me thro’ a text message on 9th of June, 2013, however there are additional charges, please find a snap shot of the additional charges below.
      Bill # 0051130278
    o   Usage charges – 35.20 (unsure what this download charges is for and I have not requested the same). Request you to have this refunded.
      Bill # 0050338393 (
    o   Usage charges – 110 (unsure what this download charges are for and I have not requested / nor used the same), Request you to have this refunded.
      Bill # 0049565610 (period 12/ May to 11/ June)
    o   Usage charges – 60.30 (unsure what this download charges are for and I have not requested / nor used the same), hence request you to have this refunded.
    Ø Looking forward to have the refund initiated for (60.30 + 110 + 35.20) INR 225.50 or adjusted in the next bill.

    I got a response that i have downloaded this big fat free store - i do not know what is this is. When i googled there are many of them complaining about the same problem. if this was to be filtered by the provided it will be needed to protect the subscibers intrest and not be levy the charges to the subscriber.
