I was at the Pizza Hut in Siloam Springs Arkansas and had the worst dining experience there. The floor was dirty, the tables were all covered in food and I didn't see anyone trying to clean the place.

We waiting for a waitress to take our order for 20 minutes. When she finally came she didn't offer us drinks or refills. We had no napkins on our table, and I had to get silverware myself.

I asked to speak to the manager but no one came.

Our pizza was served cold, and the salad bar didn't look fresh. I will never spend another $ in this place.

    I Rec'd a phone call by a very rude manager who asked me if I was Katrina's Dad, I replied yes and proceeded to want to know why and who this was?  She told me very angry that because my daughter was in at Pizza Hut and had ordered 40.00 worth of food and had walked out without paying along with 2 other guys.  I asked who she was and she said the manager of Pizza Hut and you need to come pay or the city Police will be over at your house very soon.  Well I told her that I was sorry but that I had nothing to do with this and that my daughter was old enough to know better.  Oh she doesn't live with you? I said NO, she sure doesn't and i sure don't appreciate you calling me and insulting my person, what is your name She said I am the Manager at Pizza Hut and i will have the police over at your house and she hung up on me.  I called back 5 times and was put on hold for an average of 9 minutes per call finally a young man answered named David and i told him to tell his manager and what was her Name, he said Yolanda, tell her i will e-mail corporate and let them know how very unprofessional she conducts business, and how she purposely put the phone on hold over and over.  I would really appreciate something done on this matter asap.  Silver City NM 575-538-2558

    ordered on line...what a joke...got wrong pizza and told clerk thaen he said he would make it again...wrong again...so he said too bad..

    Pizza Hut STINKS
    I was hungry. SO I wanted pizza. I called pizza hut. When I orderd the pizza it was 6:24 pm. 3 Hours went by with NO PIZZA. I called and the woman said it would take 20 more minutes. Then I just said FORGET IT!! There HORRIBLE. I work all day doing acting and ballet and swimming. I deserve some respect and its ONLY pizza!

    I hate pizza hut!!
    Was in pizza hut in Carlsbad new Mexico and was the worst service the store was dirty and gross my waitress was very rude and was flirting with my boyfriend the entire time and always asked him for refills and never got my refill. The management was very rude and told me there was nothing she can do. The food was cold and not even cooked. Literally made me sick. Do not ever go into this pizza hut if your in carlsbad new Mexico.

    Went to a Pizza Hut in ashland, Ohio. We never had problems there. Ate but like several hours, my mom starts throwing up and having dirarah, thanks to their product. I would like the health department to check it out.

    Pizza hut in lawrenceberg  Indiana ifs the dirtiest one I have ever seen.  All booths were filled with dirty dishes, no clean silverware..the medium pans were dirty do all they had was large...never again
