Frederick's has lost a customer for good.  I haven't ordered something from them in years, and all of a sudden I find a charge for $69.99 on my credit card!  Good way to lose business guys...

    Do NOT do business with Frederick's unless you like to be cheated.

    Immediately, dispute the fraudulent charge thru your credit card company.  Follow up with a written dispute, including a fraud affidavit, making sure your bank receives it sooner than 60 days from the statement date on the statement showing the fraudulent charge.  Ask your bank to close that account, and issue you a new card number.

    Frederick's has been reported to sign up their customers for some negative-option "buying club" membership.  File a complaint on-line with the FTC.
