The advertisement was to try a sample of the product and only pay shipping and handling which equaled to $3.95.  Less than a month later I was charge $89.31 on my visa card.

    They did the same to me and now I am out of 90 dollars. This company is based in las Vegas near the railroad tracks and the whole operation seems smells like sleaze. Good luck if anybody gets their money back.

    This also happened to me.  I would like to know where these "terms and conditions" were as I never saw it when I ordered the sample.  My account was charged $89.31.  When I called the company, the representative told me I should have read the terms and conditions.  I told him that will NEVER happen to me again in my lifetime.  Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on ME!!!  I canceled my debit card as well to keep this from happening to me again.

    Call your credit card company... Demand that they investigate this as fraud (there is enough information on line to verify a problem exist). Your credit card company then should transfer all your previous transactions and future tranactions to a new account number, making it impossible for the green tea machine to charge your account any further

    This also happend to me, but I called them when the charge came through and they told me to send the package back without opening it and when they recieve the money will be refunded to me. Im sending it back tomorrow we'll see what happens!

    I am doig the same as Pixie. It will go back for refund as soon as I receive it, but have to first call with tracking numbe form post office.

    At first they wanted nothing to do with a refund, but change their tune when I threatened to call State Attorney General.

    10/07/08  yes, me too.  there were no 'terms and agreements', my card has been charged for something i definitely did not authorize.  after speaking with an idiot at colon cleanse i called the credit card company and asked to dispute it.  of course i am to return it and then get a refund, but the best part is that when i asked angela at colon cleanse where she was located she said uta.. not utah, but uta ie youta.  and she finally hung up on me and did not give an address for returns.

    my wife ordered the Acai Berry Power 500 for the trial period.  It has only been day 2 since ordering, but after reading all these reviews i called and canceled the "fit factor" the phone number 1-866-407-1022. This was an affiliation with the acai berry power 500, The phone rep gave me a confirmation number (hopefully it was cancelled).  My wife also ordered the colon cleanse the same day; yet the phone number for it is also the same for acai berry 1-877-350-8480. When I called and also cancelled the acai berry the rep told me he knew nothing about the colon cleanse. Can I get some help from someone maybe another number to cancel the colon cleanse??

    I was scamed also 89.31 acaiberry,my banks visa fraud dept notified me of this suspicious charge,they closed my card.I made a police report with my local PD,filed complaints with BBBonline my complaint is being handled by the FloridaBBB also file with FederalTradeCommission,put fraud alert on my 3 credit bureaus Equifax/Experian/Transunion, if no one files complaints and just leaves it to our banks these scumbags will never be stopped. The Police Officer who took my report told me that sometimes it costs the banks too much money to pursue these scam charges so the let it go.. So I suggest if we all do our part and file complaints with all the right depts these scumbags will get caught their using different products but the same address.. I've been on Davie Florida webpage and am consider calling their government/PD also...

    What number did u actually get a hold of someone... i have tried like a million... i did read the terms and conditions and that is why i was just gonna see how the trials went and if i wanted more i'd pay then.. but i cant cancell it cause i dont have a working number for either of them...

    I have also been a victim of this scam and just got off the phone with both FIT-FAC.com 1-866-407-1022 and Main Performance Labs #866-206-8866.  FIT.FAC told me that I could cancel and gave me confirmation numbers for two charges on my account $29.95 and $1.17.  

    Main Performance Labs sent me the PowerFlush 500 and charged me $89.31.  I received the same story to send it back, call back with the tracking number and they would issue me a refund.  

    After reading all these accounts, I assume that both are bogus.  Has anyone received a credit?  Also, is the only way to solve this to cancel your card?

    I will also file a complaint with the Florida BBB.  I regret this as ususally I am not pulled in by these scams, but as most of you, in a moment of vulnerability, I was duped.  What a shame that there are vultures out there ready to take advantage of you at any moment.

    What a scam ... just keep yelling at them until they agree to cancel ... threaten them with the Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, whatever works ....

    receieved credit card statement, guess what 89.31$ deducted 27/1. looks like i have been had also, have advised my credit card company of this. problem is how do you stop this going forward now they have your details.

    This is some of the info I sent my CC Co.
    I am being charged a recurring charge that I did not authorize, I authorized a shipping charge in Dec 24,2008 for $4.95 for a free sample Acaipure. ($3.95 free sample of Colon Cleanse $89.31) The product Acaipure came from was originally called Fic-fac.com (wwwselfhelpffcc00)  and was associated w/a Dr. - Dynamic Health Products Inc. from Largo. 12399 Belcher Rd suite 140 Largo Fl 33773 On line when you order both the Colon Cleanse and Acaipure Advertised on Fox News web site you think you are getting a free sample and paying shipping - I was not shown any other terms or agreement. There was not any disclaimer that you picked ok too.  Just a simple order area & you put your card info & address on. Nothing else!
    I called them Fic-fac.com / Dynamic Health Products Inc(wwwselfhelpffcc00) on 1/20/09 1-800-660-8489 & the other company (Suppleman Davie/Ft Lauderdale Fl – Sandy Ut)
    I returned both items to both company’s and asked them not to put me on any auto plan and I informed them I never authorized any auto plan.  They both said OK send their product back – both gave me an address to ship products back and I would get a credit and will not be charged again and be on a plan.
    Acaipure / Dynamic Heath Systems also said they were not assoc w/ fit-fac any more. I returned product 1/21/09 by USPS  it was delivered on 1/22/09 6:47am Largo Fl.  The other colon cleanse/suppleman shipped from me on 1/21/09 arrived Ft Lauderdale on 1/23/09 forwarded to another Ft. Lauderdale on 1/24/09 and again forwarded to SANDY Ut on 2/2/09 12:47pm USPS.
    I suspect both products are peddled from the same multi named company in Nevada/Utah area.  I put a letter in both packages “As per our conversation today, I am returning your product _______ back to you, along with the understanding that no more shipments, further service /auto billing will take place.  Please remove me from your mailing list”.
