Upon arrival to this Hillcrest KFC behind the Football club - Where the parking lot looks like it is still under construction and has done for as long as the Franchise has been around. On the one end of the drive through it looks like a homeless person had been going through the bins and had set up camp while on the end where you recieve your food a drain was blocked and over flowing. The serving window has been smashed.
Where is the pride in your business?
On opening the KFC when I returned home a simple order of two Street wise meals had been confused and I ended up with something else?
I wanted to write KFC RSA an email to notify them of the state of their franchise - They could do themselves a favour and create a website and email address for this purpose.

McDonalds is starting to look very good. The last (and I mean the last) visit was 15/01/2012.
They never have kids toys with the kiddies meals and continue to dissapoint many kids each time we visit. At least have some common sense to put a sticker across the toys saying sold out or no toys available or something so that people can see at a glance and don't have to bother ordering for their kids only to get food with no toy. I mean really it is a known fact that the kids are not really interested in the food so much as the toys.......well McDonalds across the way it is from here on out.....they Always have toys for kids because clearly they know how to operate a franchise.
Dissapointed for the last time!
