Received an E-mail on May 10, 2012 from Dr. Frank Moses of cocacoladepartment1961@hotmail.co.uk (Address: STAMFORD BRIDGE LONDON, SW11 5W, U.K.) asking me to complete the attached verification form and send it to him to claim the 500000 British Pounds (GBP) as the prize that I have won from coca cola company England. As I know it is a fraud I did not respond.
