ac stinking

we are the media people running studio at chennai-india, we are using 7 air conditioner(split) machines at our studio. everything is going fine still last month, when we bought new samsung splic AC
at December 2008 at SHAHS-Chennai , when it strated it was good for few days afterwards its started stinking the whole room,
so that we called the customer care persons, they came and said that nothing fault with machine and the fault was in the external pipe. we changed the pipe with their supervision, again it started stinking.
after that we called customer care people 7 times, every time they come and telling different reasons...we made all changes what they said
still the problem persists. AC is getting problem, if we switch the temperature above 22. The problem is so worse that two of our staffs got respiratory infection. We can't tollerate this anymore..
and we never expected something like this from samsung. here after we think, we should think twice before buying any samsung product. We had registered another complaint today(19/02/09) by 11.30 am.They promised to come today itself..now its 5.30 and nobody had turned up. we are no longer interested to spend anything on this AC again..
