free cards

i went to kentucky on the 8th of october2016,and ordered two streetwise twos.with this order there are striker cards on box as they advertise.i got there at eight and had to wait half an hour for my order as they had no chicken the outlet was full as many customers had to wait for their chicken.when i finally got my order and asked about the cards the lady rudely answered i have to pay 7.0 0xstra for it,not what youre advert says though? her name was Olga
please insure youre staff prepare enough chicken and also explain how the strikercards works as it ia advertised that you get a card with any streetwise 2-3 and the 7.0 0 is for when you want a drink
i will not go back there as the service was very poor and the staff talked while we all were just standing and waiting the manager included.i usually go there on a regular basis but never again.did not even offer a sorry when showed their mistake.
