Luggage

My son flew back on 14 April with Qatar Airlines from Muscat to Cape Town. Arriving in Cape Town (LATE) his luggage was left in DOHA He was promissed a call by Qatar Airlines today before 15:00. No call and No luggage. He is travelling to the UK on Tuesday 17 April for cricket contract. Cricket clothes and gear still in luggage at Doha. PATHETIC is al I can say. tried 7 times to call them without any luck as a voice recording is talking to me the whole time. He also called from Cape Town with NO answer! And they call tehm airline of the year!
