I personally would not do business with them again. Even if I had to pay 20 times their price with another vender. The second salesman to come to the phone was extremely rude even to the point of insult.

    We recently had the same experience when calling to check on an upgrade felt as if we were being scolded for calling!! With cruise ships having so many problems they should be bending over backwards to get guests!
