House Damage

Hello, my name is Herb Lewis and my wife and I own a home that we rent out, and without anyone asking permission or asking for the owner to sign for a Dish the renters had one installed and your sales department never asked or verified that the OWNER sign a permission slip which we did not, therefor we have contacted you directly because of the cable being ran under the sideing and lifting numerous pieces that will now not stay down, putting a hole in our roof for the dish and also putting two extremly ugly holes with clear goop / glue puing out of it, we have contacted your department and as always they have sent us to the complaint web site so here we are, as of now either i get a phone call and this issue taken care of ASAP or i move ahead in a different direction. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau i have the names of the indviduals i have talked to documented and will pursue this matter futher, i am beyond discusted with your company and would never recommend Dish to anyone for any reason or any price, your company is a joke.
