While in  Bali july 2012my wife and I got scammed into paying aud1000 cash deposit for the package being offered. Final payment of aud14000 21 days on return to aus. On return to aid we rethought and changed our minds. Told RKG that we wanted deposit back and cancel contract .have been told to bad to sad and that if we paid sooner we can then get a further discount can anyone in same situation advise our next step? Should we just ignore requests for final payment and kiss deposit goodbye, BB was a smooth talker.

    Fraud in general and specifically of timeshare are the order of the day. Customers should be cautious and not be fooled by false promises about investment returns, timeshare resales or anything that sounds too good to be true.
