Online advertising

I never had any over the phone agreement with these people. They did the same crap to us that others r claiming. Ask you to verify business name and address. So we did confirm these things. However when they asked for a credit card, my husband told them we aren't paying for anything because we haven't agreed to anything. They just sent me an invoice for $689.55.  I called them and told them to remove us from their list and we never made a verbal contract with them. She replied that she would continue to send me an invoice until I resolved it!  Something seriously needs to he done about this. It happens constantly and you are afraid to even say the word yes even in agreement that yes, that's my name!!
