Hi Airtel service team,
My name is Seshatreya and i have a number 9600031003 and i recharged the amount of Rs 325 on 04/07/2013.
I shows that transaction is done and money has gone from y ICIC account. However my account i was never update with the amount.
Neither i am able to talk with someone from customer care 198 nor able find an option to speak to cust care dialing 198.
I would say, i use airtel dth , phone and broadband along with data card. I am frustrated and disgusting service.
