Hopelessly waiting for refund like many of you

We booked Hertz rental car via Cheapoair for 17 days. Rate included insurance and early pay in full discount. 10 days into our summer vacation A/C blower blowout. Hertz left us cut and dry in another state for 3 day with out swiping or fixing our car. We were on our own!! 3 days later we turn back traveling at night time (6 hours) when temperature is cooler back to original destination returning that piece of trash or otherwise we would be charged. Even thoug insurance was included in the deal they still hook $1200.00 safety deposit so they would have plenty to work with. Not mentioning that my credit card covered rental insurance too.
So once we returned vehicle they offered us replacement!! How ironic that is!?!?!! Of course we refused because we did not plan waste a another hour of our vacation testing and returning Hertz's vehicle. That was 9/11/2015 till today we have not been refunded for unused days. Numerous emails and calls to Cheapoair and Hertz CC and CEOs but NOP!
Today I was Googleing how to sue them and I run across on this page. If any of you wants to take legal action count me in Ada.40@live.com
P.S. As I was typing this Cheapoair CC supervisor Kian called and I sent him all emails again, he said it takes up to 1 month or resolve issue on what I said it has been more then month in my case. Then he said this case has never been escaleted I stoped him asking to read my emails where I clearly said few times "lets talk to someone in management I tried to call but I only been switched 9 times"
Note that 70% of published CEO's contact infos are not accurate!
