cancellation fee and cancellation

The people that work at broadview, ill La fitness were malpracticed and had never told me that I had to pay a cancellation fee that I essentially had no contract since I was just paying week to week basis for only three months of summer. I ended up getting billed hundreds of dollars for the school year.  They are flaky and shady and so I sent a letter to the corporate office almost a year ago and they never got back to me! They are a scam and the worst business and customer service ever! Do not go here for fitness go to Ballys instead or YMCA.
