Poor Customer Service

Unprofessional, very poor services at your store at 1934 S El Camino Real, 94403. I had an appointment at 10am, I was there 10 minutes prior; they had not open yet so it was ok with me. When they opened, I checked-in and told them I have appointment. By 10:30am, I had not been served so I brought my concern to a representative. He told me they are short staff. I understand unforeseen circumstances but if they could not have enough staff, as a good professional and responsible business, at least communicate with me when I checked in and give me the option to wait or reschedule for another time. The worst part is no one at this store cares. They promised I will be served promptly if I have an appointment, a broken promise. My time is very important and I do not appreciate when they waste it like this, very inefficiency. By 1040am, still had not served so I walked out.
