Nooooo customer service

Reader doesn't work so I was forced to complete transaction by hand which resulted in held funds and higher interest.   Have emailed four times w/ no viable answers.  Their replies don't address anything near what my questions are.   Anyone interested in a class action law suit contact me @email readingrocker444@gmail.com.   This outfit is criminal at best.   I'm contacting the attorney general.
