dining table

Called,service man came for wobbly table,extreme chipping of surface and pleather coming away from back of chair. Oh yeah,and water rings(yes,water rings on my kitchen table). The man came,asked me what he could do to resolve this matter. I told him to give me an in store credit and take the table back. He laughed! He suggested I get this special wrench to tighten legs, he'd be back to fix chair and to call customer service on the other issues. I called c.s.and all the lady kept saying was,"unfortunately mam we don't cover water damage!" Uggghhh!!!!! So now I'm stuck w/ a 600.00 wobbly,chipped up,water stained piece of crap to sit my company at....DISGUSTED!!!!
