I keep getting a call  from 503-902-8482.  I answered the call and they immediately hung up on me.  I've received 5 calls from them today alone.  I'll start logging them in or taking pictures of my caller ID.  I'm in favor of a class action suite.

    I keep getting calls from 9713732923 under the name pacifictel offering a sercurity system, i told them i live in a apartment complex and they said my number would be puy on the do not call list but they are still calling me this has been going on for two to three weeks now,i hope they stop calling because it is very annoying.

          Whatever you or Company is selling:  I don't want.   Do not Call AGAIN!!!!!!!  


          If a Class Action Suit is filed,  I will Join  the Action.

    I am also getting calls from this people that I don't even know how they got my number. I want to join the suit too!!!

    I have received 9 phone calls already. If I answer and hang up they immediately call back. It's a recording not a live person but says if you press 9 you will be removed but really it does nothing.
    Also, this is a business not a personal line.

    Company's name is PACIFICTEL.  Recording about my credit card.
    This company has been calling me for months, same recording, same promise that it's the last notice... but they keep calling back even after being told not to, even after being repeatedly reported to the feds. (360) 474-3901  "Cardmember Services" It's a real shame that our "FEDERAL" government can't do more about these type of call.  Just shows you our tax dollars at work again supporting a system (National Do Not Call' that acts like congress and "DO NOT WORK". These calls are connected to a lot of different numbers. Our government needs to start making the providers responsible for investigating theses conplaints and they should be one to file any kind of law suit not the private citizen. The phones companies have the resources to o this and each have powerful investigative staff and political connections to get it done.

      You cannot complain, it's part of president Obama's jobs creation prgram. If you compalin and the fed's shut it down, it will add more to the 50+ million unemployed.

      The Do Not Call List works, it's just that you don't have a full understanding of it. Telemarketers are required by law to subscribe to the list and remove any names from their internal list. Legit companies, mostly names that you recognize, get the list and abide by these laws. Scammers, like these losers calling us, are not a legit company, and do not give a rats [***] about abiding by this law. So, stop whining about this govt. list being useless.Without the list, you would be getting a lot more annoying calls from legit marketers.  PACIFICTEL is not the name of the company calling you, it's just the name the scammers are forging/spoofing to show up on your called ID.
