Holding our money past 90 days

We were charging for 6 months with no problems with Square when on Feb. 29th, we received an email that they were terminating our agreement with them and they were going to hold the almost $7000 for 90 days. OK, fine, whatever. UNTIL May 30th comes and goes. Now it's June 16th and I've sent them dozens of emails because you can't call them as we are not an "active" customer any longer. I am getting no response and have spent hours, worry and just being pissed off that they didn't hold to their word. If someone from Square sees this - respond or send an email to perfectpaperstyping@gmail.com. I am fed up and just want our money and to be done with Square FOREVER! :(
