MAYTAG GAS RANGE STOVE

Worst experience ever!!!!! Don't buy maytag let alone from home depot. I bought a stove and almost exploded to the point that the fire dept. Came out to shut it off, and maytag keeps saying it is repairable and refuse to replace it!!!! Our worse mistake of my life! The techs they send out are unprofessional & dangerous. They sent out a tech that had anger management issues to the point where i felt scared for my life. I called maytag to complain and they did noting and blamed me. How can i sue them? What can i do? I need help, bought the stove on march 2018 here we are october 2018 and still broken down stove. All the reps are rude! This is ridiculous.
