discontinuation of postpaid connection

i purchased postpaid connection number 9872230346 for validity of one year by paying a sum of rupees 600 in the month of september. however,the connection was abruptly and unilateraly discotinued by the service provider on the pretext of "failed identity". On learning the same i two times again submitted my identity proof and even visited there regional offica at industrial area mohali and gave a written petition.but the company did not even bother to acknowledge my complaint. i want that either they should immediately renue my connection for 12 months or refund rs.600 with 18%interest and apologise
