I received a voicemail from a restricted number [which I never answer], from a Connie who left a return # of 1-800-695-7444ext1227620, saying that there is a "very small window of opportunity" and if I do not return her call today, she "will be forced to take further action." It did not seem like the usual collection agency call. It was a very long, drawn out voicemail, and she didn't even give her company name. I had to look that up through the phone number she left.

The number appears to be their in-house collections department.
If you have retail credit cards you might check your statements, maybe call the customer service number on your statement or credit card to verify your account is current.
They might also be calling you in error, regarding someone else's account, if erroneous information is in their system. Or (less likely) if there was some fraudulently opened account in your or a similar name, they might have found your number through skip-trace searches.
You might give them a call to see what it's about.
