we just switched from Comcast to Direct TV. Was told by the sales rep that we signed up for the Bundle deal which includes the internet, cable & phone for approx. 109.00.  They scheduled a day and confirmed with us via email a few time.  Thurs the 12th of Sept.  We hired someone to sit in our house for 4 hours and nobody showed up.  I called after work and was told my apt was for 9-16-13.  We never got an email or phone call about this.  So yesterday was install day, we come home to just the cable working and the tech tells us to call in and they would probably just ship us the modem and he left us his no just in case we needed help.  So once again, I called last night and after being hung up 3 different times and talking to 4 different people with different answers as ; oh the sale dept should have taken care of that, to the Oh you were suppose to take care of that.  Every time I ask for a corporate no to call I get we don't have one.  Now we find out that internet isn't available thru Direct TV in our area. WHY DIDN'T THAT SALES REP TELL US THAT? he sold us something that wasn't even available.  This would be called fraud.

Also want to mention -- they did offer me 50.00 credit towards my bill for the appointment mixup.  however, for the other two services that should be included in our 109.00 quote they have no answers for me.
