Immedately contact your bank to dispute all unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and close your account to prevent future fraudulent charges. Follow up in writing with a written dispute to your bank send return receipt requested, sent to the address for disputes on your statement, and make sure they get it in less than 60 days from the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge to protect your Reg. E dispute rights.
Do not ever use bank account numbers, or debit or check cards, to make on-line or retail payments. Use only credit cards for those purposes, as they are less disruptive to close in the case of fraudulent activity.

i called 866-897-0663 and they refunded my money within 10 days both charges in fact...

You would still be wise to close your account.
As long as they have your valid account information, only their own honesty stops them from taking your money. If you already know they make unauthorized charges, or use deception to claim you "authorized" them, that alone tells you your bank account is at risk.

I agreed to receive the free sample of Bromalite and needed to pay only the shipping charges of $4.95 of which I charged on my Credit Card. I later received a package in the mail of 1 more bottle of bromolite and received a charge of $69.95 on my visa bill. I refused to pay that and then the next month I again was charged $69.95. I again called the credit card company. I tried to call the number on the Visa bill for bromalite and it said there were 40 calls ahead of me. This is a BIG FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!
