Looks like I will be in a long line of unhappy customers dealing with Maytag and their assigned repair providers.
My 10 month old Maytag French door refrigerator "died" this morning and of course expected that a repair person would be here sometime this week, HA HA joke is on me, folks! The ONLY authorized repair outfit will not be in this area until September the 9th, are you kidding ?! The frig DIED it is not cooling and all I get is tisk, tisk, so sorry!
Then I read the reviews about this A&E repair outfit and now I am REALLY unhappy!!
One reviewer nailed it, I think, the repair folks will just keep wearing you down with their delays and excuses so that the customer pays for their own repair out of frustration. GEE, that makes the warranty null and void too doesn't it ?
Shame on you Maytag, I trusted you to provide a product that I would use proudly for many years to come and should some problem arise you would provide excellent customer service for that product. All I feel I have now is a $2200 piece of junk that isn't even paid for yet!
