missing item on hydro motion stepper, (sensor wire), shoes miss-sized

I've been trying for hours to connect with a human being, instead of automated responses. I am asked to enter my
customer number located in the yellow field above my name on the catalog. These were the first items ordered from Heartland America, so there was no customer number to enter.
To say that I am more than disgusted is putting it mildly, and there will never be another order!
