Damages to my siding

I have not had services with direct tv for years and they never removed their satellite from my home.  One day came home and noticed the satellite dangling from the cable wire, it ripped a chunk of our hardy plank siding off with it and direct tv said that we are at fault since we signed a form saying we are purchasing the equipment from them and they are not liable and that we had 6 months from when we we signed the contract to say we were not satisfied.  My husband told them how were we suppose to know that the equipment was installed faulty, when it's direct tv to hire these people and get them professionally trained.  The man just kept saying it was our responsibility.  Does any one know of an attorney in Texas that would be willing to sue direct tv because all we wanted for them to do is pay for the hardy plank and my husband would of done the repairs but the man was very unprofessional and didn't give him a chance to explain that to him, so I fell they should pay for it now for their inconsideration and unprofessionallism.
