Not being able to dispatch a contractor to fix AC unit

Hello, I'm writing because I am so disgusted with the customer service I received when calling and trying to get an order in for someone out to fix my AC unit that went out on me last evening. The problem is the CSR person I spoke to was very rude, and wouldn't give me her last name, or ID number. I am sitting with two small children, and one of them have health condition in 90 degrees in my home, and they are telling me because of the temp outside indicating 90 degrees, that they can't upgrade me to priority. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. The heat index is way hotter than 90 degrees. The CSR lady argued back and forth with me as if she knew me personally, instead of doing her job. I asked for a manager, and was told one was not available only floor supervisors. I am very disappointed in this company, and I will never renew my contract with them again. I am going back to 2-10 warranty that I had for the last 9 years. The only reason why I changed companies is because of the pricing. Sometimes you just need to pay a little extra to get great service.
